The Fleet Upgrade. Our Commitment to Serving Our Customers Better

At Transam Carriers, we have been contemplating ways of serving our customers in the best way while offering a nice work environment to our employees. One of the greatest moves that we have made to that effect is the update of our fleet.

Advanced trucks

Our greatest addition to our fleet yet has been 30 new trucks, specifically the Volvo VNL 760 model. Not only were we interested in updating the looks of our fleet, but also taking advanced of what these new units have to offer.

With turbo compounding, adaptive gearing and loading, common-rail fuel injection, and other technologies, we can maintain our prices, thanks to the improved fuel economy of our new trucks. These trucks are also a blend of comfort and efficiency, which results in better productivity, allowing us to focus on timely deliveries.

Top-of-the-range trailers

Even the best trucks in the world will have their performance affected by the trailer that they haul. Our able team knew that pretty well, which is why we have updated 80 dry van trailers that deserved it, to ensure that all our trucks perform exceptionally and all loads are delivered safely. In addition to the upgrade of our trailer collection, we have also renewed their decals design as part of our continuous update process.

Needless to say that all our trucks and trailers are serviced on a regular basis to ensure that they are in optimal condition. With that being said, gradual renewal of our equipment and careful maintenance practically eliminates the unnecessary downtimes and improve the quality of our services.

As we continue to update and expand our fleet, we want all our customers to remain assured that we will do everything in our power to serve them better at all times. With more than 120 trucks and 200 trailers so far, our fleet is enough to sustain our clients’ needs so that they can keep smiling.
